How 2 BCome a Hip Hop Video Model?
or sometimes they are called Video Girls. I wouldn't mind being in music videos for R&B and Pop artists. No rap though.
Do you know how to get started? Any auditions or agencies?

The best way would be to first get your pictures professionally taken. Then you create a myspace and get as many friends, then you submit your photos to sites that feature hip hop models and such. After all that you submit your profile to entertainment agencies who hire video models for work and when they see that you have an active presence on the net they will consider you professional and ready to work.
